ABOUT THIS FAIR:

Tribal Art London dates have been announced for their first online fair, which will run from 22 to 30 September 2021. Previously held at the Mall Galleries in London this year’s fair will be virtual, allowing visitors from all around the world to meet the exhibitors, listen to lectures from leading institutions and view and buy museum quality tribal objects. Tribal Art London is known for its accessible nature showing masterpieces next to more moderately priced objects making it a must for the expert and novice collector.

In the spirit of promoting a global community, Tribal Art London has invited top specialists from all around the world to join the fair. New exhibitors include Todd Barlin from Oceanic Arts Australia in Sydney, David A. Cassera from Cassera Galleries in New York, Erik Farrow and Andres Moraga from San Francisco and Lisa Tao (UK) and Philip Keith (UK) will also be returning to the fair showing a range of African and Oceanic objects.

WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT THIS FAIR:

There will be 30 dealers participating creating the largest fair in TAL’s history. Exhibitors will include Bryan Reeves of Tribal Gathering and other UK-based exhibitors include Cordelia Donohoe, specialist in tribal adornment and textiles; Sam Handbury-Madin, a third-generation dealer with wide-ranging tastes; Kenn MacKay, with a special focus on American Indian art; David Malík focusing on fine masks and figures of Central and Western Africa; Tom Hurst a young but already well-respected dealer and Ian Shaw, will be showing a collection of fine Ghanaian textiles.

From overseas taking part are Frans Faber (Netherlands) with art from Indonesia, Oceania and Africa and Nepalese specialist Louis Nierijnck (Netherlands); Rob Temple (Belgium) with pieces from Africa, Asia and Oceania, and Mark Eglinton From New York showing fine African objects with excellent provenances.

Tribal Art London fair is an important focal point in the Tribal Art calendar for international and UK collectors. It is renowned for offering an exciting diversity of works for sale with prices ranging from the low hundred to over £20,000. Tribal Art London attracts dealers, art institutions, interior designers and private buyers from across the world.
