ABOUT THIS FAIR:

From an original idea of the 17th Earl of Pembroke some 43 years ago, the Wilton House Antiques Fair, 6-8 March, 2020, now has an established place in the annual antiques fair calendar with a very impressive selection of exhibitors attending the fair, many of whom are members of LAPADA, BADA and CADA, making this one of the most sought after events in the regional calendar.  The location could not be more desirable set in one of England's most spectacular country estates, now the home of the 18th Earl of Pembroke, Wilton House, near Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The fair was originally housed in a marquee near the magnificent Palladian Bridge on the estate, then later relocated to the Double Cube, the great room of the house measuring 60 ft long by 30 ft wide and 30 ft high, created by Inigo Jones and Webb circa 1653. When the fair subsequently grew out of that space it was moved into the Cloisters and The Old Riding School, where it now takes place.

With around 45 eminent exhibitors, the fair promises a wide variety of alluring antiques and works or art for sale, including antique and decorative furniture, period and modern and contemporary art, mirrors, lighting, jewellery both antique and mid century, antique silver, collectible glass, porcelain, sculpture and antique carpets.  All pieces for sale are professionally vetted by a committee of specialists. Prices range from £50 - £50,000.
