WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT THIS FAIR: |
Fair Organiser Jane Juran says: “We feel now is the perfect time to introduce a Contemporary section to Battersea. This new curated space will augment our already wide-ranging offer to clients of the Fair, wider than any other antiques or design event. There has been such an increased interest in and understanding of the finest artisanship in contemporary design items among the general public in recent years, and we are pleased to welcome some wonderful new exhibitors with very exacting standards when it comes to their chosen artists and makers. We hope visitors will find Contemporary on the Mezzanine an exciting new prospect when they come to buy.” The Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair offers a comprehensive and carefully chosen range of antiques and design ranging from the fine and formal to the decorative including textiles, mirrors and lighting, objects and collectors’ items, garden and architectural pieces, and objets trouvé with a general dateline of 1979, alongside fine and decorative works of art of all periods, affording buyers the widest possible choice from amongst the 130+ exhibitors. The Fair is now in its 37th year. |
