ABOUT THIS FAIR: |
Galloway Fairs are off to bask in the opulence of Cowdray Park near Midhurst, Sussex, to host their new event the Cowdray Park Antiques & Fine Art Fair 20-October 2017 This beautiful house and estate, once visited by Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, make a perfect fit for an antiques fair, set amongst the concentration of antiques shops in the county and with the antiques hub of Petworth a few miles away. Antiques collectors, decorators and homemakers can really make a weekend of it by visiting around 30 exhibitors at the fair and then setting off to explore the region. |
Tim Saltwell Antiques - pair of, French, Charles X period patinated bronze tazzas standing on sienna marble plinths. The circular dish tops with beaded rims flanked by entwined scroll handles, above waterleaf flared socles supported by stepped square marble plinth bases with a cast bronze rim. Underside indistinctly stamped ‘RAULERE’? French Circa 1830. POA
