ABOUT THIS FAIR:

The Scone Palace Antiques & Fine Art Fair, now in its 22nd year, will return this November for its 43rd edition to the majestic venue of Scone Palace in Perth.

Organised by Galloway Antiques Fairs and a premier event in Scotland's antiques fairs calendar, the bi-annual event, held in the main state rooms of Scone Palace, draws visitors from all over Scotland and England, including collectors and interior designers.

Rowles Fine Art - A painting ‘Western Shore of Arran by Donald McIntyre. Donald studied at the Glasgow School of Art under James Wright at Garelochhead. Donald’s paintings are in the collections of H.R.H the Duke of Edinburgh, Williamson Art Gallery and many others.

WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT THIS FAIR:

Many regular Scottish dealers will be returning to the event, including Highland Antiques of Aberdeen, who specialise in silver, furniture dealers Cathedral Antiques of Fortose and Carse Antiques, jewellers Billy Rae and Roselane Antiques, both of Aberdeen, and antiquarian book dealer Hilary Farquharson of Angus and Julia Drinkhall.

Dealers from further afield include Fu Tsang Lung from Yorkshire with a selection of oriental antiques; Edwardian furniture dealer Mark Buckley Antiques of Skipton; jewellery dealers Markov and Scarab from Kent; fine art dealers Rowles Fine Art from Shropshire and specialist porcelain dealers Bottlebrook Antiques of Derbyshire.

Visitors to the fair are welcome to visit the beautiful grounds of the Palace which include The Pinetum, The Murray Star Maze and Moot Hill where the Stone of Scone sits, once the crowning place of Scottish Kings including Macbeth, Robert The Bruce and Charles II. 

Galloway Antiques Fairs will be raising money for Cancer Research UK.
