Alban Arms  - A fine pair of Scottish steel and silver inlaid lobe butt pistols by Thomas Murdoch of Doune with 7.5 inch barrels circa 1760. 

ABOUT THIS FAIR:

The Fourth Antique Arms Fair incorporating the Park Lane Arms Fair will be held at Olympia London in the Pillar Hall on 2 March 2019.

The fair, consisting of over 50 exhibitors welcomes a number of well-known UK and international antique arms, armour, militaria, tribal and Asian works of art dealers including: Runjeet Singh, Peter Finer, West Street Antiques, Morion Antiques from Finland, Galerie Mestdagh from Brussels, The Irish Grenadier from County Down, and making a debut from The Netherlands, Alexander Biesbroek of Alexander Ancient Art.

The fair continues to support the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust with a percentage of the ticket sales supporting the charity.

Peter Finer  - A pair of English flintlock holster pistols by Griffin, 1760s.

WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT THIS FAIR:

Thomas Del Mar comments: "We are delighted to have combined the two fairs and hope that it will benefit both exhibitors and visitors to the event. It is planned to be the first of a number of fairs under our joint supervision and direction. We are very pleased to welcome all our exhibitors and appreciate the considerable efforts that have been gone to in bringing some outstanding objects to the fair, we hope that there will be something of interest for everyone who is able to attend.

The enlarged guide continues the long-standing tradition of the Park Lane fair in a universally recognised publication which is acknowledged as an important contribution to the subject of antique Arms and Armour. We are very grateful to the authors for their continued commitment and dedication."

The fair guide includes articles by Clive Thomas, Neil Melville, Brian Godwin, Herbert G. Houze, and Leslie Southwick.
