ABOUT THIS FAIR:

One of Scotland's premier antiques fairs will be returning to the stunning Scone Palace in Perth from 10-12 March. 

The bi-annual event which is now in its 22nd year is the most established event in Scotland’s antiques fairs calendar attracting visitors from all over Scotland and the North of England. 

The event is popular with both dealers and visitors and has many loyal followers, all in search of something unique that you just won't find on the High Street.

Scarab Antiques - A fabulous bronze lamp by Adolphe Petit - Monsigny was made during the Art Deco period. The lamp is cast in bronze in the shape of a stylised ibis holding an amber glass flower shade in its beak. The lamp is signed "A Petit Monsigny" in script on the side of one of the feet. Priced at £2500.

Regular Scottish dealers returning this year include silver dealer, Highland Antiques of Aberdeen; furniture dealers, Cathedral Antiques of Fortose, and Carse Antiques; jewellers such as Aberdeen-based Billy Rae and Roselane Antiques, and antiquarian book dealer Hilary Farquharson of Angus.

Dealers from further afield include Fu Tsang Lung from Yorkshire with a selection of oriental Antiques; Edwardian furniture dealer Mark Buckley Antiques of Skipton; jewellery dealers Markov and Scarab from Kent; fine art dealers Rowles Fine Art from Shropshire and specialist porcelain dealers Bottlebrook Antiques of Derbyshire.

Visitors to the fair are also welcome to walk around the beautiful grounds of the Palace which include The Pinetum, The Murray Star Maze and Moot Hill where the Stone of Scone proudly sits, once the crowning place of Scottish Kings including Macbeth, Robert The Bruce and Charles II.
