SALVO ENCOURAGES YOUNGER EXHIBITORS WITH AYG
An event that is busy with architectural antiques, salvage, reclaimed materials, decorative antiques, and vintage and industrial artefacts, Salvo is encouraging aspirational young dealers to get involved, once again partnering with Antiques Young Guns to reach this exciting and vibrant audience.
A previous winner of the competition, Lily Johnston of Bombe Antiques, sold to set designers for Tom Cruise's upcoming film 'The Mummy' amongst the trade day Salvo Fair shoppers.
New Antiques Young Guns chair, Edd Thomas of Eddintheclouds Antiques said: "Through affiliation with Antiques Young Guns you suddenly find your name and stock put in front of some of the industry's leaders and that can't be a bad thing."
Antiques Young Guns was founded by TV presenter and author Mark Hill, and experts Gail McLeod and George Johnson to promote and mentor people under 40. This year, Salvo fair is expanding to welcome special Green Living pitches with eco off-grid, old and new building material, green energy and craftspeople, which will appeal to the next generation of antique dealers enthusiastic about and committed to creating a lower carbon footprint.

"As an unmissable date in the fair calendar, Antiques Young Guns are really excited to be working with Salvo on this fantastic competition. We already know the prize of a free pitch is going to be hotly contested by our many talented members,” says Edd Thomas.
It is not too late to become a member of AYG and get a chance to win a free pitch at SALVO 2017. To apply contact Edd Thomas at email@example.com by 23 March 2017. For more information, visit Antiques Young Guns, and to see the full terms and conditions of the competition, visit Salvo Fair.
