ANTIQUES NEWS & FAIRS THE NEW EDITION

It's taken six months and has more or less taken over our lives but we are delighted to welcome readers to our brand new edition of Antiques News & Fairs.

The previous edition of Antiques News & Fairs launched in October 2008 so we are on target for a brand new look - they say fashion runs in seven year cycles!

The biggest jobs were choosing the new logo and re-designing the new calendars and we would like to thank our graphic designer (he knows who he is) and our web designer Baked-Design for a brilliant job!

We hope you enjoy navigating the new site - we think it works well and hope you agree!

The Fairs Calendar and Events Calendar offer both map based and linear listings and our advertisers will now have a multi-layered marketing offering giving greater flexibility with banners and listings. 

We decided to introduce the the Events Calendar to offer gallery owners, museums, salerooms, antique dealer associations and dealers a chance to promote their events and look forward to hearing from you with details.

All our advertisers will now have a graphic based listing with an image and a logo in the new Antiques + Design - who what where section, and we will be announcing the second phase of this section in the new year.

Social media will play an even bigger part on the new site - we have nearly 11.5k followers on Twitter and a similar Facebook reach and our fairly new Instagram account will be in sharp focus too!
